What are Acceleration Bursts?

Acceleration Bursts are short, intensive programs that provide experiential validation of specific approaches and challenges related to the domain. They cover content such as market entry, scaling, or securing investment. These bursts are tailored to the needs of startups in Digital & DeepTech, MedTech & HealthTech, and Energy Transition & CleanTech.

Can you participate in multiple Acceleration Bursts?

Yes! We usually expect a startup to start with either the approach or initial domain approach burst and then complete the other before finishing the programme via the final domain specific burst.

Do you need to have joined the incubator to join an Acceleration Burst?

Yes.

What support is provided during an Acceleration Burst?

Each burst includes access to industry-specific mentors, tailored workshops, and actionable feedback. Following your first burst you will also be assigned a mentor and given access to expert coaching hour credits to spend on developing your start-up.

Is there a cost to participate in the Acceleration Tier?

Participation in the Acceleration Tier is based on a revenue-linked success fee model. This approach is founder-friendly, ensuring that payments scale with the company’s growth and are capped to avoid undue financial strain. The success fee is only applicable once your startup begins generating revenue, allowing you to focus on development during the early stages without upfront costs. This structure aligns our support with your success, ensuring a collaborative and growth-oriented partnership.

Are there prerequisites for joining an Acceleration Burst?

Each Burst has prerequisites that you will need to complete before you can apply. Only those who are part of our Acceleration Tier and have completed these prerequisites satisfactorily will be eligible to join.
