Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy describes how Innokite may process personal data of Users in compliance with any applicable law and regulation and with respect for your privacy. Personal data and collection
In order to perform our services, it is necessary for us to collect data that a user knowingly provides to us through using or participating in any of our services as well as the standard data collected during the course of accessing and using our website through your devices. This standard data includes IP address information, browser type and version, and the details about your site visit (pages, time and date, time spent, and any errors or technical details). Personal data provided knowingly and voluntarily through website forms includes information relating to name, email address, phone number, business ideas, and any other application requirements. We may collect and process the following personal data:

- Education affiliation

We do not aim any of our services towards children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about children under the age of 13.
Purpose of data processing
The personal data collected by Innokite is processed pursuant to the following legal bases:
We process the personal data you provided to us via signup forms, such as your first and last name, contact information, or your business idea to provide our services to you. We need this information to be able to communicate with you about the event details or confirm your attendance to ensure the smooth running of our operations. If you sign up as an Incubator participant, we collect this data to deliver our Incubator program to you. We use the collected information to keep you informed about the program agenda, events, give you access to our online and offline facilities, keep track of your progress and provide you with relevant expertise.
We also process your personal data for the following legitimate interests:
- Providing customer service/support
- Enabling logistic/financial conduct
- Optimizing the technical structure and user experience of the website
We may further process your personal data to the extent that we are obliged to under the applicable laws and regulations and to support our legal claims.
Additionally, we can process your data for communication and direct marketing purposes (for example, receiving the newsletter). We only do that with your consent when you sign up for our events and/or the Incubator program. An exception also applies to parties that are brought in or engaged for the purpose of optimal service provision. These partners may include: web analytics providers, email service providers, CRM software providers, logistic partners, web analytics providers, payment service providers, HR/community service providers, marketing and website consultants.
The personal information we collect is stored and/or processed where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. Please be aware that the locations to which we store, process, or transfer your personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. Intellectual property on the Innokite website
Imagery, video, and content made on location Innokite or at events hosted by Innokite and shared on the Innokite website is considered the intellectual property of Innokite unless otherwise stated. We try to get permission from the individuals included in this content, particularly in imagery that is visible on our website or communications to the extent feasible; however, if you object to the use of content in which you feature for marketing purposes, please reach out to us by email at info@innokite.nl.
Security
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
